What is the purpose of the DGRX token?

The DGRX token is an e-money token and serves as a means of payment within the limited network of the DESERTGREENER project. The DGRX token (shortly DGRX) is an algorithmic stable coin, which is backed by up to 24% of the DESERTGREENER economy in the form of a direct participation, which is evaluated at regular intervals by auditors. The value of the tokens is based on this evaluation outside the secondary market on our platforms and this forms the purchase price or exchange rate of the tokens. With the DGRX token, products (e.g. NFTs) and services (e.g. event and viewing tickets) can be purchased, which are offered by DGRX Sales GmbH (issuer) or DESERTGREENER partner companies (acceptance points). The DGRX token cannot be used outside of this limited network.

Who is the provider of the DGRX Token?

The DGRX token is offered and issued by DGRX Sales GmbH. The DGRX Sales GmbH is a limited liability company in Austria. The company is 100% owned by KLIMATES AG in Switzerland, which controls and steers the fortunes of the company. KLIMATES AG, in turn, is closely linked with HEMPMATE AG in Switzerland.

How can I acquire DGRX tokens?

After successful registration, you can purchase the DGRX token in the DESERTGREENER back office of DGRX Sales GmbH. A selection of different token packages is available.

What advantages does buying DGRX tokens offer?

The DGRX token offers the advantage that you can use it to exclusively purchase products and services in the limited network of the DESERTGREENER economy on our platform. In addition, the DGRX token is backed by up to 24% of the DESERTGREENER projects, giving it a stable value base.

From what age and from where am I allowed to buy tokens?

DGRX Tokens can be purchased from the age of 18. Due to the limited network, we only offer the tokens to adults in the Schengen area. For regulatory reasons, this is not otherwise possible.

Is there a maximum purchase limit of tokens per person?

The max. purchase allowance per person is 1 million euros to ensure a wide distribution.

Are token buyers involved?

By purchasing DGRX tokens, you are not acquiring any asset rights. The DGRX token is an e-money token that you can use to buy products and services. DGRX Sales GmbH will offer an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) that you can directly purchase with DGRX tokens. This NFT entitles the holder to receive further DGRX tokens in the future depending on profits and based on the number of NFTs held.

Do token buyers or NFT owners have a say?

In the parent company of the overall project, in which DGRX Sales GmbH is involved up to 24% and shares economically in their results, no one except for the original project operators has a say. This regulation is intended to ensure the confidentiality of the technology and the implementation of the original project objectives.

DGRX Sales GmbH receives profit shares from the parent company, which it in turn distributes in the form of DGRX tokens to shareholders or NFT owners.

Are my tokens inheritable?

Yes, your tokens are inheritable. However, it is important that you take the necessary precautions to ensure that in the event of inheritance, it is clearly regulated who has the claims to the tokens. We recommend registering the appropriate heirs officially and possibly seeking legal advice to ensure that all necessary documents and orders are correctly created and deposited. This way, you ensure that your tokens can be transferred smoothly to the heirs according to your wishes in the event of your death.

From when will the token be exchangeable for money?

Our goal is to offer the DGRX token on the secondary market as soon as 380,000,000 tokens are in circulation. Such a secondary market could be an established cryptocurrency exchange like Binance or Kraken. You can follow the current progress of the sold tokens on our homepage desertgreener.sale.

Why is there a token lock?

In order to ensure the stability of the token value, particularly in the early stages of the project, we have opted for an initial token lock. In the past, it has often been observed that there were large sell-offs immediately after the tokens became available on the secondary market. By implementing the token lock and simultaneous transfer to the public blockchain (smart contract), we would like to ensure a certain level of stability on the one hand, and strengthen the trust of our token buyers on the other hand.

The following applies to token issuance:

As soon as the DGRX token is tradable on the secondary market, 10% of the available tokens will be released each month. This means that every token holder will have full availability on his purchased tokens no later than within 10 months after listing.

What is a white paper?

What does KYC mean and why is it required?

The abbreviation "KYC" stands for the English term "know your customer" or in German "kenne deine Kunden". For this regulatory required procedure, it is necessary to upload an official and valid photo ID (ID card, passport or driver's license) and a personalized document such as an electricity bill, registration form or business registration proof (not older than 3 months) in the back office.

What documents are required for the KYC process?

Photo ID: This must not be expired, and the name and date of birth must match the data stored in the back office. For both the driver's license and personal ID card, both sides must be uploaded.

Document with proof of address: This checks whether the address of the uploaded document, which must not be older than 3 months, matches the address and your name in the back office.

For legal reasons, we only accept the following documents:
- Landline or internet connection bill
- Bank statement
- Utility bill (electricity, gas or water)
- Credit card statement
- Tax bill
- Residence confirmation (registration form)
- Company register excerpt
